Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For safety reasons, candles that have been lit can't be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at trai.nguyen.mn@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns go directly to the brand that made the product.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
